PROCESSING TIME
• All items are made to order.
• Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
• During holidays, sales events, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended.

SHIPPING
• Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or another trusted carrier.
• Shipping times vary based on location and carrier but generally range from 2–7 business days after processing.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
• Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
• Pressed and Printed Shirt Co is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered.
• If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.
