At Pressed and Printed Shirt Co., every item is made to order with care. Because our products are custom-made, we have the following policy in place:
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Custom or personalized orders
Please review all sizing charts and order details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim, please email:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Once reviewed, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost if the error was on our part.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
